One day, all youth in America will know their purpose and have access to the resources to achieve it.
To develop the skills of critical thinking, self-awareness and other-awareness for youth to positively interact with people in a global environment.
Our Process
Plant It.
When our youth experience new environments, they plant small seeds that we continuously cultivate.
Water it.
After being exposed to new environments we see positive transformations in our youth’s beliefs, ideas and even behaviors. We cultivate these through mentorship, workshops, and local engagements.
Grow it.
The combination of exposure, guidance and support sets our youth on fire. They begin to grow a sense of purpose and make plans that extend beyond their present circumstances. To promote their growth, we identify their personal passions and provide them with the resources to explore what they love.
